    More people are recommending physical activity as a way to preserve and improve their mental health. Regular physical activity and healthy eating are key to achieving mental health, and developed countries generally encourage people to participate in these programs to increase survival, improve quality of life, and enjoy the benefits that many of the methods that have been altered and modified to run exercise sessions weekly assigned have to offer.
