Semiconductive nanoparticles of MgFe2O4 were synthesized by a solution combustion technique. The process was a convenient, environment friendly, inexpensive and efficient method for synthesis of MgFe2O4 nanoparticles. The synthesized materials were characterized by TG/DTA, XRD, and TEM. Electrical properties of the synthesized nanoparticles are studied by AC conductivity measurement. Electrical conductivity of the nanomaterial MgFe2O4 was increased with the temperature.
